• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities of automation at factory sites. They will work closely with other stakeholders to understand the requirements of the software/automation process and to ensure that it thoroughly meets the needs of the end-users. The main responsibilities of the Automation Engineer (Process Automation) are to design, develop, and implement software/solutions to work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiency. A typical day involves interacting with people from various domains to understand their business challenges and find ways to streamline their processes through automating tedious, mind-numbing tasks. Business users request automation for repetitive processes so that they can have time to work on more creative initiatives. As a developer, it`s important to ask the business users for all the requirement scenarios - positive and negative and service-level agreements. This will help you create effective automation solutions. The role requires understanding the process that needs to be automated, checking the feasibility of automating that particular process, and, if it makes sense to do so, designing and developing the future state of that process.

• Must Good knowledge on Auto CAD 2D & 3D, Solid Works 2D, 3D & Simulations   

• Basic knowledge in programming languages such as C++, C or Python     

• Identify opportunities for automation at factory sites

• Execute on automation and analyze results

• Collaborate with team members to improve overall processes and procedures

• Good technical knowledge of automation tools

• Continuously research and stay up-to-date on new automation tools and techniques

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality implementation ideas

• Proactively works with other team members as needed to resolve issues and meet project goals

• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying automation process

• Conducting analysis checks on product specifications

• Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market

• Responding to requests from the Management, International Stakeholders and Software Integration partners locally

• Staying up to date with industry trends, news, and advancements

• Evaluating a company`s operations to find ways to improve it and deliver the message in an articulate way.
