Job Context:
∎ Amidst Covid-19 crisis, it is imperative to ensure proper safety measures are taken by all the institutions in Bangladesh to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. To ensure that, we are auditing and providing guidelines to institutions which will safeguard the organization from any possible outbreak.
∎ The overall purpose of the role is to: As part of the Force, Inspection Process monitor the level of Health, Hygiene, Safety and Environment within force policy by planning, preparing and conducting external audits of performance against accepted standards in Health, Hygiene, Safety and Environment management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting audit regarding health, hygiene, safety and environment of different institutions
∎ Presenting audit findings and recommendations to senior managers of the clients to improved effectiveness in health, hygiene, safety and environment management.
∎ Explaining audit findings and recommend solutions to the clients.
∎ Advising and monitoring the identified weaknesses in current procedures and areas of improvements; communicate findings both verbally and in writing to clients to ensure improvement plans are progressed.
∎ Identify and promulgate good practice and where appropriate disseminate to clients. Monitor the response to communication to ensure that this information is fed into the inspection process.
∎ Working and liaising with other members of the audit team and colleagues to provide a high-quality client service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Excellent communications skills with proven experience engaging clients and contractors
∎ Having knowledge of HVAC Systems/ Bio-Safety / Virology/ Microbiology
