Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant areas such as Risk Management, Operations, Compliance, or other related business functions.

Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for branch and field audits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of data analytics tools will be an added advantage.

To further enhance its internal audit function, the Bank is looking for young, energetic, and committed professionals for the position of Audit Officer – Risk Based Internal Audit.
Job Responsibilities:
Conducting risk-based internal audits in line with the Bank`s audit plans and regulatory guidelines
Assess internal control systems, risk exposure, and compliance with Bangladesh Bank and regulatory guidelines
Identifying control weaknesses and recommending appropriate corrective actions
Preparing comprehensive audit reports and presenting findings to management
Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations
Collaborating with business units to ensure a robust internal control environment
Support the Audit Division in developing audit plans, methodologies, and risk assessment frameworks
Supporting special audit assignments and investigations as required
