Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Field Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits in field operation, processing units, and supply chain points to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
∎ Verify accuracy in documentation related to procurement, production, and distribution activities.
∎ Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to government regulations, environmental standards, and ethical farming practices.
∎ Identify and report non-compliance issues and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
∎ Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and validate data from various field operations to ensure transparency and accuracy.
∎ Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with farmers, procurement teams, and processing units to resolve discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.
∎ Build strong relationships with on-ground stakeholders to promote adherence to standards.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify gaps in field processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
∎ Support the development and implementation of audit frameworks tailored to field operations.
