Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preferred Candidate with RMG Factory Maintenance Experience.
∎ Good Experience in Operation and Maintenance of all types of Knit Dyeing Machine & Knitting Machine including Hurst-Boiler, Kaeser-Compressor, Caterpillar-Generator, Transformer, ETP and Sewing machinery usually operated in Knit Composite factories.
∎ Should have knowledge about factory's equipment and Machineries operating program & solve the problems of machineries'.
∎ Improve and maintain regulation in terms of compliance with the Accord/ Fire Safety/ Building & Electrical Safet
∎ By supporting and establishing an effective Health, Safety and Environmental work policies that is strictly adhered to by all Maintenance personnel
∎ By supporting and developing Root Cause Failure Analysis approach in solving plant problems and writing scope for major maintenance activities
∎ Develop maintenance improvement program empowering engineers & technicians and carryout analysis of critical problems as a team for efficient solutions
∎ Proposing and maintaining maintenance budget and developing cost effective solutions
∎ Follow sound environmental practices for conservation of natural resources, good housekeeping and proper waste disposals on and off duty.
∎ Perform Behaviour Based Safety Observation (BBSO) as per compliance requirements
∎ To assign right manpower for right work
∎ To do preventive maintenance regularly
∎ Lead and monitor the activities of the team members and provide necessary guideline to them for performing the jobs effectively.
∎ Maintain machine layout setting with floor PM.
∎ Maintain the machine complaint register and perform repair and adjustment based on the complaints received and as per need of the machine.
∎ Supervise all electrical & mechanical troubleshooting work and schedule maintenance
∎ Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
∎ Conduct electrical safety training of all Machinery on regular basis.
∎ Ensure compliance to safety, health and environmental norms and standards in the factory.
∎ Making required report to the management on regular basis accordingly
∎ To coordinate with maintenance, Purchase department and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production.
∎ Computer Knowledge about Microsoft office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Knit Composite factory.
Salary: Negotiable
