∎ Minimum Two years experience in similar position.
∎ Through knowledge of knit fabric.
∎ Should be able to work independently/strong communication skills/computer literacy.
∎ Be up to date with latest development in the industry.
∎ Quick decision-making skill
∎ Possesses good interpersonal and organizing skill
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ø Very good practical knowledge & idea about different type of fiber, blend, composition both natural & man-made.
∎ Ø Clear & solid knowledge about different types of knit fabric structure, design, fabric count, gsm, dia, stich length, gauge etc. over varieties of design fabric both natural & man-made derivatives with desired quality.
∎ Ø Clear knowledge about dyeing procedure & characteristics such as Reactive, disperse, cross, cool pigment, CPB etc.
∎ Ø Very good practical knowledge about fabric finishing & their chemical properties and able to independently handle sample fabric finishing with desired quality.
∎ Ø Habituate with different types of special finishes as like wicking, anti-microbial, soil release, flame retardant & other wide range of new trend finishes.
∎ Ø Must have very good knowledge of different types of AOP technique like pigment, discharge, reactive etc. including both flat bed & rotary.
∎ Ø Must have very good knowledge of different types of garment dye & washes like pigment, tie dye, reactive dye, acid wash, stone wash etc. including new trend wash technique.
∎ Ø Must need very good concept about fabric cutting, pattern, marker, sewing & finishing.
∎ Ø Must have able to know world class buyer testing manual, method & others protocol.
∎ Ø Must need to know & clear concept about different types of textile testing procedure as like ds, bursting, pilling, fastness etc. both in fabric & garments form.
∎ Ø Act as a perfect team player regarding all kind of data keeping, all kind of data (one page) providing for smooth bulk production, pp meeting & performing trouble shooting both in sample & bulk stage.
∎ Ø Must able to give very good merchant feedback about scheduled sample fabric delivery with right quality & qty within deadline as well as giving proper feedback by mail document about limitation of developed fabric if any.
