Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an ambitious, results-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our team and ensure we meet ambitious sales goals for our premium elevators and generators product lines. This is a senior role focused on strategy, target achievement, and team performance.

Your Mission: Leadership & Results

  • Your primary responsibilities will be to lead the sales process and guarantee target achievement. This includes:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute market strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for both product lines.

  • Team Monitoring & Mentoring: Monitor, motivate, and mentor the team of Sales & Marketing Executives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide hands-on coaching.

  • Performance Reporting: Analyze market trends, provide accurate and insightful reports on sales performance, and constantly optimize the sales process.

  • Key Account Management: Directly handle high-value accounts, negotiations, and ensure strong, long-term client relationships.
