Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and monitor financial control in respect of plant expenses, materials management and another relevant area.
∎ Prepare reports related to factory overhead allocation, inventory management, material variance, utility consumption, manpower, department-wise overtime and others.
∎ Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and the preparation of financial reporting.
∎ Monitoring the financial health of the organization by tracking cash flow, budgets, and other financial data.
∎ Reviewing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completion.
∎ Reviewing financial information (e.g., revenues, expenditures, and cash management) to ensure businesses are within the budget.
∎ Controlling, processing, and verifying Accounting Transactions.
∎ Verifying monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
∎ Review requirements & comply with the approved budget and suggest improvement of efficiency and profit.
∎ Identify variance between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period with root-cause analysis.
∎ Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations regarding financial reporting and disclosure requirements.
∎ Monitoring and safeguarding of capital expenditure of the company.
∎ Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the Senior Management.
