Experience:
Defining, understanding and creating long term strategies for market categories and segments.
Develop sales, distribution and channel strategy for Seed, Pesticide & Fertilizer (Micronutrients).
Forecasting and developing annual sales budget for, categories, regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit.
Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
Identify potential markets for expanding market share.
Building brand awareness in all over the Bangladesh.
Creating area sales reports and presenting them to the higher management to Smooth communication with clients, parties, customers to maintain good relationship.
Analysis of customer requirements, current market conditions & competitor strategic movements.
Ability to work as a team member and should have the capacity to take care of full Sales Team.
Coordinate with all level sales team members of the company.
Achieve National sales Target by forecasting and developing monthly sales plan for area wise projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
Frequent market visits (minimum 15 days or more in a month), relationship building and ensure long term profitable growth of the business.
Maintain & follow up all type of sales and related activities as daily and monthly basis.
Generate ideas to create new customers and enhance existing sales.
Lead sales meetings (weekly, monthly) to motivate your work force, providing new and innovative training and information on an ongoing basis.
Responsible to ensure overall sales target through sales force and monitor performance of the Sales team.
Ability to work under pressure.
Provide information to the distributors and customers of the assigned market about the new or improved products of the company.
Implementing the sales plan in the focus of company policies, vision and mission for all over the Bangladesh.
Conducting technical meeting with farmers, Dealers, Agriculturists, Consultants & Government authorities.
Frequently market visits. (Minimum 15 days in a month)
