Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve sales target focusing new business under the guidance and leadership of Head of Sales and Distribution.
∎ Support team members in all aspects of the sales process and keep them accountable to achieve business target maintain core values.
∎ To achieve the target through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance and projection of future achievement.
∎ Lead different sales teams, guide & mentoring them. Follow up them regarding Business deal and all other supports.
∎ Regular visit in Branches, Business Units and potential high-end clients.
∎ Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force to achieve the target.
∎ Meet with team members one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets.
∎ Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and standard sales method ensuring business growth, retention and customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with the cross functional team in the business lines, training, digital marketing and management.
∎ Prepare reports as required for head of Business and Management weekly and monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7 year(s) as UM and above position in reputed life insurance companies.
∎ The applicants should have experience in area(s): Sales and Distribution in the reputed Life Insurance companies (3 tier distribution models preferred).
∎ Sales and Training experience (Life Insurance) with proven leadership ability.
∎ Excellent communication and business analytical skills.
∎ Team player, Sales focus and good time-management skills.
Salary:
∎ Commission and compensation as per IDRA rules.
