∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
∎ BSc in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Physics, Applied Physics etc. will get preference.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Start/Stop production line based on quality performance.
∎ Control production for Reprocess line.
∎ Completion RPG report product wise.
∎ Monitoring of the RPG product Quality and Quantity wise.
∎ Arrange to keep re-process area clean.
∎ Prepare own performance report.
∎ Training of new personnel.
∎ Reporting to line shift-in charge for past 24 hours working.
∎ Preparation of all documents related with Reprocess.
∎ Record keeping of all day-to-day activities related to the Dept.
∎ Change parameters settings during production (based on quality reports) with due Logbook notification.
∎ Ensuring the Input and output quantity of materials.
∎ Supervising the work of production staff.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production machines / lines.
