Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any reputed university.
∎ Technical qualification on Textile/ Fashion Design will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Buying House, Garments, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be a good role model and work on building good working environment.
∎ Efficiently provides all kinds of support from receiving order to final shipment of the order.
∎ Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiative to solve problem by sharing information with team leader.
∎ To strive for constant improvement regarding price, quality and lead time. To be creative.
∎ Work closely with team leader, assistants and QC department.
∎ Passing clear, accurate and timely information to related all.
∎ Ensure that production takes place in agreed unit.
∎ All required submission as per Buyer's demand including Development, Counter Sample, Size set, PP, Seal Sample, Fabrics, and Trim, etc.
∎ Work with sample sections & Design team for samples
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality & AQL.
∎ Follow-up time and action plan properly and updating daily basis.
∎ Follow up with commercial team on correct shipping doc's, shipment advice & payment too.
∎ Sourcing of fabrics & Accessories from locally & abroad
∎ Handle all Merchandising issues independently starting from query to shipment.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali. Should be proficient in the use of computer, specially MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point etc
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage team and deal with multi-level stakeholders. Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment.

Salary: Negotiable
