Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and arrange sample making for all development and confirmed orders
∎ Check Garments costing for developed and confirmed orders
∎ Ensure preparing files for confirmed orders
∎ Monitor on time approval of samples and wash submission
∎ Ensure to prepare T&A for any individual styles/ orders
∎ Ensure ERP update for individual process
∎ Ensure materials booking, in house and follow up payment
∎ Maintain Liaison with production
∎ Ensure trims card preparation, fabric shade blanket checking
∎ Check and ensure Lab test samples and test report
∎ Ensure PP meeting participation
∎ Ensure follow up communication with Wash factory, Print/ Embroidery factory, Accessories and Fabric supplier to ensure smooth production
∎ Ensure vessel booking/ final inspection/ goods ex-factory/ shipping documents
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Costing knowledge
∎ Good oral and written communication skill
∎ Knowledge on fabric, accessories
∎ Negotiation skill
∎ Interpersonal Relationship
Salary: Negotiable
