Responsibilities & Context:
Follow-up Style from the Risk Assessment to Pack.
Ensure the garments standard and measurement.
Maintain the garments standard from pilot to customer.
From cutting to packing managing all technical issues and solve the technical problem of running production line.
Defined the major issues in pilot section and given technical instruction how to make size set and how to do presetting.
Follow up the line loading.
From size set to bulk follow up the all pattern correction.
Managing QCO process(PP meeting, pocket meeting, risk analysis, pre set up, pre-training, layout, 1st 3 days hit etc).
Continuous improvement with problem solving day to day.
Following the reengineering procedure by continuous improvement.
