Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineer or
∎ MBA, major in marketing from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to analyze market trends and provide feedback, recommend for AOP fabric marketing and business development strategies
∎ Plan, prepare and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly order plan of AOP fabric.
∎ Introduce outside garment dye & AOP fabric order and overall follow-up of new Customer, such as product development to shipment.
∎ Coordinate with planning and production dept. to determine delivery schedule and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Liaison with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and update order status to buyer.
∎ Ensure satisfaction of existing customers by executing of current orders and generate repeat orders
∎ Search, contact and develop relationships and long-term cooperation with the new customers
∎ Offers, pricing, contract performance and inspection of AOP fabrics at every stages of AOP
∎ Develop key fabrics items on the needs of customers and markets and also ensure regular customer visit
∎ Follow up on issuing PI, L/C & acceptance for outside order
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of experience for Sr. Executive and 6 years of experience for Asst. Manager in similar field from any large RMG/Textile
∎ Pro-active, independent, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Work innovatively in simplifying tasks and assignment
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Good cross-cultural awareness and experience of handling people from different parts of the country
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Job Location : Nayapara, Kashimpur, Gazipur
