Responsibilities & Context:
1.To do study civil drawing regular.
2.Estimate, BOQ and budgeting will be carried out.
3.Have to daily work planning.
4.Regularly will sit contractor team and allocate the work.
5.Have to daily work supervise.
6.Must be ensured quality full work based on drawing design, code etc.
7.To be prepared contractor bill and related other bills.
8.Quality of materials must be checked before used.
9.Regularly maintain material requisite based on proper calculations of drawing.
10.Must be controlled wastage of any material.
11.Should be capable individual handling the project where look after civil Mechanical, Electrical, sanitary and plumbing etc work.
12.Regularly have to give work update to Line Manager.
13.Should be prepared master work schedule.
14.Should be maintain good communication with all kinds of suppliers.
