∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales activities including client hunting, client visits, service offerings, negotiation, and agreements
∎ Should have the capability to market visit in any situation in every single day and identifying potential customers
∎ Achieve sales target and build up the relationship with the clients as well as the team member
∎ Smooth communications with clients/customers to maintain a good relationship
∎ Analysis of customer requirements, market research, current market conditions & competitor strategic movements
∎ Provision of company brochures, technical information leaflets, needle catalogs, advertising & marketing material and corporate gifts to customers
∎ Document customer feedback and prepare clear & concise reports for the Technical Department
∎ Plan, Organize, lead & control the overall activities of the sales department
∎ Attend to all customer request (via phone or e-mail)
∎ Ensure up-to-date customer data in the system
∎ Meet sales target (Monthly & Yearly)
∎ Positive mindset and ability to work with under pressure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Garments industry will be given priority
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ • Having at least 10-12 year’s experience in Garments accessories will get preference
∎ • Excellent in Microsoft Office (Especially in MS Excel)
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally
∎ Excellent communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali & English
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic & presentable
