Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, pursue, and secure construction projects to achieve sales targets.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the industrial construction sector.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
∎ Identify and prospect potential clients in the construction industry, including architects, contractors, developers, and project owners.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and meetings.
∎ Understand client needs and project requirements to effectively propose customized solutions that align with their objectives.
∎ Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to develop comprehensive proposals and project plans.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical seminars to showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition.
∎ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements in collaboration with the sales and legal teams.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
∎ Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on a regular basis.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility and promote brand awareness.
