The candidate must have an understanding/knowledge of our core services, including RCC structure design and construction, steel structure design and construction, Retrofitting, ETP construction, Architectural design and execution, electrical safety consultancy, and shore piling.
Experience in (Sales, Marketing – industrial construction sector) is preferable.

We are seeking some young, dynamic, and energetic 'Sales Executive (Industrial Construction)' with proven experience in Construction Project Sales for meaningful contributions to reach the organization's goal.
Key responsibilities as below:
MARKET VISIT, LEAD GENERATION & CLIENT ACQUISITION: Identify and approach potential industrial clients across Bangladesh. Develop new business leads through market visits, research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
SALES STRATEGY, PROPOSAL PREPARATION & EXECUTION: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our core services, including RCC & Steel Structure Construction, Retrofitting, ETP, Architectural Design, Shore Piling, Safety Consultancy, etc.2.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build strong and long-term relationships with clients by understanding their project needs and offering suitable construction solutions.
PROJECT PRESENTATION & PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and technical proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to align client needs with project capabilities.
SALES PIPELINE & REPORTING: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and regularly update management on sales progress, forecasts, and client feedback.
COORDINATION WITH TECHNICAL TEAM: Work closely with the engineering, design, and execution teams to ensure smooth handover of client requirements and alignment of project timelines.
