Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure appropriate conductance among all by introduction and effective implementation of HR Policy, Labor Law Guidelines, Factory Policy, Buyer COC, different Compliance and safety issues according to ILO, Accord (RSC) and Alliance (nirapon2) Standard.
∎ To make different correspondences related to employees and various audit team, government, nongovernment, international agencies, etc. To follow-up official agreements, licenses, certificates, etc. and their subsequent renewals.
∎ Prepare & ensure Corrective Action Plan (CAP) as per buyers' requirement.
∎ To maintain and monitor different files, deeds, documents, registers, drawings, designs, etc. with proper maintenance and record keeping system.
∎ To assist regular induction system, exit interview, buddy system, route cause analysis of related issues, reduce absenteeism, turnover, proper housekeeping, sanitation, gardening, cleaning, hygiene management, security system according to C-TPAT, SCAN, etc.
∎ Have a very good experience to face both announced and unannounced audit including BSCI, WRAP, Betterwork, KIABI, Primark, Target, Kontoor, Higg, ICS, SEDEX, GOTS OCS, GRS RCS, ISO-14001 and ETP Operations & Good Knowledge in Environmental Standard.
∎ Dyes and chemicals store/warehouse management and knowledge on conducting training.
∎ To receive and follow the instructions passed by the top management, buyer, government and others for the Company.
∎ To handle Trade Union / Participant Committee, Federation, notice from BGMEA & labor court. Grievance Procedure smoothly by open door policy. Issue notice letter like Warning, Showcause, Dismissal, Suspension, Explanation Letters, Formation of Board of Enquiry, Review investigation reports etc.
∎ Maintenance of different types of HR and Compliance related issues such as recruitment, salary & wages, leave, workers medication / treatment, compensation, promotion, demotion and termination, etc.
∎ General administration including office management, reception, delegation, guest, entertainment, hospitality management, logistic, utility, common service and waste management, etc.
∎ Arrangement of different meeting, seminar, conference, workshop, appropriate management for staff and worker with a view to increase productivity through developing the team spirit among them and to discuss the workers opinion with PC / TU meeting.
∎ Strongly capable to coordinate in different types of training in the factory premises such as fire related (RSC Safety training, Uses of firefighting equipment, monthly fire drill), company Law and policy, PPE training, health and safety (First-Aid Training, Ergonomics Training, Risk Assessment) etc.
∎ To develop positive and cordial relationship between management and workers.
∎ Other tasks assigned by Management.
