Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Requisition of raw materials and additives (daily/weekly/monthly).
∎ Prepare annual budget.
∎ Ensure the re-order level of all raw materials.
∎ Receiving, issuing, and record keeping of all Raw Materials and finished goods.
∎ Proper planning of warehouse space management.
∎ Maintain BIN cards for all raw materials.
∎ Strictly maintain the FIFO/LIFO system.
∎ Monitor Raw Materials, Packaging, and finished Goods loading and unloading and ensure a hazard-free environment.
∎ Monitor inner/outer RM/ Finished goods warehouse.
∎ Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
∎ Ensure fixed asset register.
∎ Monitor rental feed mills (if any) and depot’s requirements.
∎ Coordinate with inter-department / Head Office.
∎ Maintain proper ventilation and cleanliness of the warehouse at all times.
∎ Finished goods receiving, storing, and delivery.
∎ Record keeping & documentation.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Stock reports of raw materials additives, finished goods, packing materials, and spare parts for management review.
∎ Ensure that the monthly inventory schedule is performed accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Ability to manage and coordinate a variety of shipping methods.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Salary: Negotiable
