∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on different quality parameters and operational issues and ensure execution of such SOP. Audit quality processes and systems and ensure corrective actions are taken.
∎ Construct processes and procedures to ensure product traceability through the customer/consumer.
∎ Manage, Direct, and develop the QA & QC Staff. Promote continuous improvement programs in conjunction with the production team.
∎ Responsible for taking Raw Materials samples and checking the physical quality (smell, texture, particle size, color, etc.) of every truck. Using proper sampling method while taking samples & labeling.
∎ Daily record-keeping about raw materials that came to the company & warehouse.
∎ Checking the cleaning process of the warehouse after unloading and informing the warehouse keeper to put record plates on each stock.
∎ Checking warehouse raw materials and informing the conditions of the same weekly.
∎ Adherence to health and safety rules at all times.
∎ Make analysis report of raw materials & finished products.
∎ Maintain records of receiving and storage of raw materials.
∎ Conduct on-site audits of supplies to ensure adherence to product quality and safety standards.
∎ Assist in general problem solutions regarding plant processing, inventories, new systems etc.
∎ Responsible for product quality to ensure all products and procedures are in compliance with internal and external standards.
∎ Monitor performance and minimize risk through the quality parameter and internal audit processes.
∎ Conduct regular checks on analysis results of RM, Finished Goods, and packaging materials.
∎ Releases Raw and Packaging Material into the operation floor after ensuring analysis results are within the set standard specifications.
∎ Release finished products from the production hall after ensuring that analysis results are within the set standard specs.
∎ Keeping records of the most important quality issues.
∎ Making decisions in releasing/blocking the final product and in issues concerning the quality of the product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Practical experience in QA & QC (RM & FG) in Feed Mill is preferred.
∎ Knowledge of feed milling processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
∎ Good communication skills.
