Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as In-Charge of the Nutrition Lab.
∎ Chemical analysis of Raw Materials and Finished Goods for commercial feed mill (poultry, fish, and cattle feed).
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on different quality parameters and operational issues and ensure execution of such SOP. Audit quality processes and systems and ensure corrective actions are taken.
∎ Construct processes and procedures to ensure product traceability through the customer/consumer.
∎ Manage, Direct, and develop QA & QC team members. Promote continuous improvement programs in conjunction with the production team.
∎ Establish laboratory management book for reliable guidelines, and quality standards, supervise quality control, inspect staff work, and adjust lab policies and procedures as needed when standards aren’t met.
∎ Assist with and supervise the maintenance of the lab equipment that involves inspection, cleaning, calibration, testing, and repair of lab equipment; and organization and cleaning of the lab, including preparation and storage rooms. If necessary, contact vendors to provide maintenance services. Additionally, check supply levels and orders, stores, and distribute new supplies.
∎ Ensures that team members comply with all laboratory rules and regulations, including health and safety policies, to guarantee the highest quality of products.
∎ Make analysis report of raw materials & finished products.
∎ Keeping records of the most important quality issues.
∎ Check warehouse raw materials and inform to the management regarding the conditions of the same on a regular basis.
∎ Release finished products from the production hall/floor after ensuring that analysis results are within the set standard specs.
∎ Making decisions in releasing/blocking Finished Products on quality issues.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly, fortnightly, monthly, half-yearly, or yearly reports to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience in Nutrition Laboratory Operation (Feed Mill).
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office.
