Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development

    • Create digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

    • Identify target audience and design campaigns accordingly.

  2. Content Creation & Management

    • Manage website, blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.

    • Work with designers/writers to create engaging content.

  3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    • Optimize website and content to rank higher on search engines.

    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

  4. Social Media Marketing

    • Manage company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

    • Run paid ads and track engagement.

  5. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / PPC

    • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

    • Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.

  6. Email Marketing

    • Build and segment email lists.

    • Run automated campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and customer retention.

  7. Analytics & Reporting

    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

    • Track performance and prepare reports on ROI, CTR, CPC, etc.

  8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

    • Improve landing pages, website funnels, and customer journey.

    • Ensure visitors turn into paying customers.

  9. Brand Building

    • Create consistent online brand identity.

    • Monitor online reputation and reviews.

  10. A Digital Marketer’s main role is to bring traffic, generate leads, and convert them into sales using digital channels like social media, SEO, ads, and email marketing.
