Experience:

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Manager – Marketing & Operations to lead the growth of a new retail clothing brand in Bangladesh. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of market trends—especially among Gen Z and men’s fashion consumers—and the ability to build a brand from the ground up. The Manager will oversee demand forecasting, product strategy, market creation, brand positioning, and operational excellence
Market & Consumer Analysis
Conduct continuous market research to understand future demand, lifestyle shifts, and evolving fashion tastes, especially for Gen Z and men’s apparel.
Analyze customer purchasing behavior, trend cycles, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
Identify new market opportunities, emerging subcultures, regional preferences, and untapped consumer groups.
Produce periodic insights reports to guide product development, inventory planning, and merchandising.
Strategic Marketing & Brand Growth
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for brand launch, growth, and diversification.
Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and campaign ideation across digital and offline channels.
Create innovative marketing concepts to attract Gen Z—including influencers, content creators, micro-communities, and campus engagement.
Manage social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and engagement strategies to grow brand visibility.
Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies (loyalty programs, CRM, digital engagement)
Product & Demand Planning
Forecast future product demand using data, trend scouting, and sales insights.
Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to develop collections aligned with market needs.
Support assortment planning, pricing decisions, and stock optimization
Operations & Business Development
Establish and streamline operational processes for a new retail brand—from launch to scale-up.
Oversee store operations, sales performance, supply chain coordination, and vendor relations.
Implement SOPs for retail management, inventory flow, and operational efficiency.
Plan store expansions, pop-ups, and new market entries as the brand grows.
Leadership & Team Management
Build and lead a cross-functional team for marketing, retail operations, and customer experience.
Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure high productivity and alignment with brand goals
