Experience:
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tobacco Industry / FMCG.
Should have good knowledge about distribution management and retailer management.
In-depth knowledge about Tobacco Industry/FMCG sales system/ modern trade and market penetration strategy.
Comprehensive knowledge about establishing proper distribution and new brand introduces.
Hands on experience in effective product launching and re-lunching process/ activities.
Ability to lead a large team productively through coaching and guiding.
Candidates having experience in Tobacco Industry/FMCG sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Positive attitude to work in an aggressive as well as competitive market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Drive to achieve monthly turnover and sales volume targets to achieve monthly back margin support.
Set the monthly pay for performance target for all field forces and communicate with them on time.
Ensuring proper sales stock allocation for each route.
Ensure proper stock management at all respective distribution points.
Ensuring bank management and supervising the cash and fixed assets of all respective distribution points.
Assist all respective field forces in achieving sales targets.
Supervise and monitor sales and distribution of all respective distribution points.
Lead and manage 100+ sales manpower across all respective distribution points.
Maintain strong coordination with monitoring officers for smooth operations.
Review Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Reports and report to monitoring officers.
Conduct monthly meetings and present data-driven sales analysis.
Updating customer lists in the sales coverage area and creating route plans according to the customer list.
Regularly managing top trader and stakeholder communications.
Ensuring complete management of each sales campaign
Identifying opportunities and problems for business growth and proposing necessary changes.
Ensuring proper implementation of each cycle activity through all respective field forces.
Maintain a record on competition activists and competitor analysis reports, ensure monthly updates and report on time to monitoring officers.
Make market insights analysis report and proposing necessary requirements.
Ensure proper practice of safety and security standards at all respective distribution points.
Ensure roll out of new initiatives in the market as per company guideline (while applicable).
Oversee market’s merchandising and ensure all brands availability across all outlets.
Ensure effective team performance and operational discipline.
Conduct ongoing research/survey on industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and market gaps.
Collaborate with third parties field forces for market updates and identifying issues and opportunities for business.
