Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Business Manager to implement business plans to drive growth.
∎ Keep track of monthly set targets (Volume, KPIs etc.) and strive to achieve them for both distribution house and teams.
∎ Look after regular financial activities.
∎ Drive motivation and proper discipline of staff/employee involed in business.
∎ Intregate and Coordinate OSDO Operations.
∎ Frequent market visit to monitor FFs movement and services standard.
∎ Make good rapport with all key retailers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
