∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Experienced in Agra Industries will get an advantage.

∎ The candidate should have the ability to understand and implement industrial design & drawing.
∎ Experienced in Agro Based Industry (Feed Mill, Breeder Farm, Hatchery) will be treated as an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead construction work in the specified project area including assessment, design, bill of Quantity calculation, work scheduling, tendering, technical specification, monitoring and evaluation, and contract administration.
∎ Draft civil designs for small to large scale areas.
∎ Civil designs include (but not limited to) drainage, slope stabilization works, latrines, large scale cut/fill, retaining wall and access road design.
∎ Supervise construction projects from planning to implementation and monitoring.
∎ Make sure that all technical inputs and cost estimates related to the construction components are accurate, timely provided and included in the project proposals and budgets.
∎ Supervise, monitor and evaluate performance of contractors and service providers.
∎ Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources for construction.
∎ Share the progress and updates of works to the management in a timely manner.
∎ Develop site improvement plan in consultation with sector guidelines.
