Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and real estate finance.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage general ledger accounting functions.
To ensure all accounting source documents are accurately recorded and preserved in the Books of Accounts.
Checking payments of vendors & others.
Ensure proper accounting and records of all business transactions Vouchers, through accounting software.
To work with all types of loan/investment-related work.
Coordinate with Banks, financial institutions, and credit rating companies to meet their regular demands and support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, HR, and sales to support business objectives.
