Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC,CMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raising requisition of duty, petty cash & any other fund for operation and corresponding with corporate to ensure smooth operation of the office.
∎ Checking Import & Export bills submitted by the employees against IOU.
∎ Preparing cheques and pay orders as per requisition raised by office employees for operation.
∎ Checking of daily expense vouchers of petty cash.
∎ Checking & depositing funds in a bank for import & export duty against account payment as well as in one bank for the port charge.
∎ Checking Import final bills of software before submission and also ensuring all part bills are included accurately and cross check with ledger adjustments.
∎ Maintaining daily attendance at the Chittagong office and reporting to head office.
∎ Ensuring all kinds of purchase, repair & maintenance for office and office employees for smooth operation.
∎ Processing related documents, arrangement for the new employees as well as separation of existing employees
∎ All other HR-related work of the Chittagong office.
∎ Any other tasks are given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Excellent written, speaking in English, Bangla and also interpersonal as well as presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel
∎ Superb attention to detail.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
∎ Willingness to work overtime if required.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
∎ Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
∎ Ability to work under minimal supervision.
∎ Strong work ethics.
