∎ Must have experience in Denim washing.
∎ Must have positive attitude to handle shifting duty.
∎ Required depth knowledge of washing processes and chemicals.
∎ Must have knowledge about testing parameters.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about measurement issues.
∎ Should have instant problem solving and strong decision making capacity.
∎ Must have experience in Denim washing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of doing all pre-production activities (shrinkage, blanket, size set, pilot run, shade band etc.)
∎ Monitoring and optimizing washing processes to facilitate efficiency and output of production.
∎ Need to communicate and/or visit to buyer to get shade approvals.
∎ Supervising and training washing and drying operators to enhance their skills and efficiency.
∎ Ensuring that the washing process maintaining compliance and safety standards.
∎ Need to supervise the initial washing (dry and wet) of finished garments, sorted by production details, to get QAD's approval for bulk washing by collecting measurement and lab test reports.
