Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the production as per machine plan and responsible for all Wash machines.
∎ Monitoring and optimizing washing processes, including time and capacity studies, to improve efficiency and output.
∎ To ensure quality production & productivity during shift operation.
∎ Check the wash recipe and ensure the appropriate gmts/ styles are into the machine for wash process.
∎ Ensure the water level of machine, chemical dosing, and bath temperature as per wash recipe.
∎ To train up and motivate the staff & workers regarding product quality and on time production.
∎ Try to reduce Rewash of Garments and to improve Garments Quality by Adjustment of recipe.
∎ Controlling of manpower & provide instructions to the staffs for proper utilization of workers.
∎ Maintain the batch card and ensure the shade wise wash production to reduce the rewash/rework.
∎ Maintain compliance issues and collaborates with other department as per requirement.
∎ Preparing daily production plan following delivery plan and to prepare daily/monthly production report.
∎ Prepare and monitor process shade like – stone shade, bleach shade, Acid/moon wash shade etc. to run the smooth bulk production.
∎ Monitor all the rewash/rectify gmts should be complete on time.
∎ Ensure the proper use of chemicals & materials to reduce the overhead costs.
