Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Quality.
∎ Ensure smooth line feeding and effectively communicate regarding all Quality issues.
∎ Oversee the implementation of correct patterns, mockups, and defect control systems.
∎ Monitor Defect Hours Unaccounted (DHU) on an hourly basis, aiming to reduce the defect rate to between 0-2%.
∎ Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as zero downtime, timely line feeding within a day, on-time delivery, and multi-skilling across processes.
∎ Implement effective product handling methods.
∎ Safeguard company assets while following SOPs, protocols, and the 5S system.
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of samples, style files, layouts, and measurements.
∎ Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and other concerns.
∎ Offer technical guidance and training as needed.
