Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control and maintain all Accessories stores with effectively and well-coordinated.
∎ Ensure timely receiving, issuing of QA checks, GRN, and storing of goods with bin management.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping maintaining health & safety including 5S and buyer compliance.
∎ Daily GR and GI maintain both physical and ERP records.
∎ All trims must be kept as per buyer/style/order/batch and color code maintained.
∎ Buyer-wise trims keeping, recording, and reporting regular basis.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of all trims to the sub-store and production must maintain the FIFO method.
∎ Daily cycle counting plan, prepare to cover quarterly full cycle done.
∎ Maintain 100% stock accuracy set.
∎ Provide monthly closing report as per schedule to the Management.
∎ Handle all staff including loaders with the optimum level of utilization.
∎ Keep records and documents of slow-moving, rejected, dead fabrics stored.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Good intellect and analytical skills and must have leadership ability.
∎ Must have a vast knowledge of computer programs - MS Word, MS Excel, and E-mail communication.
∎ The incumbent will have good team spirit, be able to work independently and be able to deliver jobs within a tight date line.
∎ Vast knowledge of renowned customers' requirements and Policies of the USA, Canada, and Europe
