Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Or, MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with prospective real estate buyer.
∎ Arrange meeting with prospective clients and visit the property physically with clients.
∎ Make client list as per product segment and location.
∎ Keep industry/ Area/ Product wise information and conduct regular survey.
∎ Follow-up client on regular basis with multiple product options.
∎ Respond to client queries to close the deal.
∎ Facilitate management team with specific information to review business performance
∎ Preparing reports of daily, weekly and monthly activities on a regular basis.
∎ Product disposal through sales target.
∎ Any other duties assigned by team leaders
Additional Requirements:
