Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible to perform and execute appropriate conduct and behavior for the sales, marketing, promotion, branding and business development of duplex/triplex homes, bungalows, town/terrace houses, shop-lots and other salable properties directly to the prospective buyers, handling of potential customers and compiling daily & monthly sales reports. Preparing and processing customer feedback reports daily and monthly, customer support services for motivation, arrangements for site visits etc. and all the other necessary activities that required for fresh and new sales by the teams of this department.
∎ Seek out new sales approaches and behavior and initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
∎ Preparing customer/prospect response reports and other reports assigned by supervisor.
∎ Plan and implement marketing strategy for Real Estate, Builders & Developers business.
∎ Prepare professional marketing plan and motivate sales team.
∎ Assist the sales team with appropriate customer conduct and behavior to maintain the monthly sales & collection target.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with potential & existing clients.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Property Developments, Hotels & Resorts Development Franchises, Tourism and Amusements & Entertainment Development Franchises, Event Management Organisations etc.
∎ Should be ready to join very immediately

∎ Should have physical fitness that shall be necessary for performing assignments.
∎ Able to work under pressure & stress to implement target oriented sales plan
∎ Passionately committed to customer oriented thinking
∎ Must be smart having excellent analytical & presentation abilities
∎ Should be self- motivated, dynamic and dependable team player
∎ The candidates have to smart/honest/energetic/confident/pleasant and appearance /self motivated and well groomed
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Bengali & English
