Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma in Auto CAD/ Architecture/ Civil.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Architects to prepare Architectural plans, sections, elevations, detailed construction drawings in AutoCAD.
∎ Prepare Architectural working drawings and interior working drawings
∎ Active and continuous Collaboration with design teams
∎ 3d modeling skill (3d studio max or sketch up) will be preferredMake best use of latest versions of Autodesk AutoCAD® for engineering drawings.
∎ Draw Electrical and Mechanical System.
∎ Interact with engineers and designers to quickly and accurately create drawings during design process.
∎ Maintain drawing files and coordinate document distribution to customer, job site, and vendors.
∎ Fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications, and calculations made by engineers and surveyors
∎ Prepare drawings showing the detail and assembly of a wide variety of equipment and devices, indicating dimensions and other requirements
∎ Prepare drawings used in the layout, construction, and operation of systematic processes.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the super-ordinate.
∎ Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
