∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ eadership skill.Communication skill. Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.Positive professional attitude & self-motivated; Inter-personal skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up, monitor, and supervise QMS requirements to ensure successful implementation throughout the entire manufacturing process, from the warehouse to shipment.
∎ Develop quality SOP and quality manual for good quality management.
∎ Lead quality control and management systems in cutting, sewing, and finishing.
∎ Doing internal QMS/technical audit as an internal auditor, working with all section heads for improvement.
∎ Keeping all quality documentation & SOP of quality.
∎ Total Quality Management, Implementation, and Continuous Improvement. Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for a technical audit.
∎ Train all quality inspectors and staff on basic quality requirements, concepts, and policies.
∎ Technical files and document control.
∎ Manage & monitor the quality department of the cutting, sewing, & finishing sections.
∎ Manage & monitor the sample department for on-time sample submission, quality, & changes in the sample for better productivity & quality.
∎ Work with the buying QC to better understand quality requirements and be present during the audit.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
