Have experience working for WMT, Sams Club customer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing new products, new buyers, and improved ways of working.
∎ Reduce sample lead time.
∎ Ability to work closely with all the buyers and ensure T&A is maintained in the development process.
∎ Creating and implementing the SOP of a new product.
∎ Lead a team of product developers to ensure the right quality during the development process.
∎ Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with the Marketing team.
∎ Need to analyze client's requirements for Particular Fabrics and Development as per Buyers' requirement.
∎ Study and Work on New Techniques according to buyer's requirements.
∎ Keeping documents of all phases of research and development.
∎ Maintaining lean/5s in the workplace.
∎ Work with internal and external departments to ensure production, quality and timely delivery.
∎ Corresponds with buyer & related suppliers.
∎ Co-ordination with planning, production, commercial, QC and other related teams.
∎ Ensure reply of all mails & query on daily/regular basis.
∎ Should be a good organizer and should have good leadership, organizing and self-driven skills.
∎ Must be smart, energetic, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent command in both oral and written English and computer skill as must
∎ Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
∎ Capable to work both as a team and independently.
∎ Good in public dealing, ability to work under pressure, good time management & good
∎ Above all ensure smooth & timely execution of the order.
∎ Must have good experience in merchandising work leading skill.
∎ Will have to check prices, communicate with buyers, finalize orders, and ensure timely production & shipment.
∎ Will have to organize weekly meetings to derive order/production schedule & summary updates and report to top management.
∎ Handling merchandising responsibility on product development & production follow-up of fashion products with high knowledge of both knit & woven.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful developments of products align with the customers' expectations.
∎ Analyze tech pack, formulate plans & translate concept and design into a product.
∎ Prepare a cost analysis & detailed cost breakdown for any new product
∎ Ensure to proceed with every phase of any project to align with the customer's expected schedule.
∎ Coordinate with multiple departments of factories to ensure on-time product development & shipment.
∎ Keeping close follow up with Factory regarding all kind of Development & Production Sampling and ensure submission as per buyer's deadline
∎ Monitor production and ensures time schedule and quality of Products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Handle all Merchandising issues with buyer directly, from query to shipment.
∎ As an Asst. Manager must be able to perform cost analysis, Cost break up and offer price to customer. .
∎ Must be capable to source fabric & trims from local & overseas.
∎ Good knowledge on fabric, consumption & order follow-up.
∎ Must be Fluent In English (Oral & Written)
∎ Candidate must be proactive and creative in order to formulate/implement efficient &
∎ Effective business techniques.
∎ Should knowledge about Compliance.
∎ Good Computing Skills
