Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales achievement as per given target (monthly/quarterly/annually)
∎ Coordinate, monitor and review all sales and marketing related activities of the assigned area
∎ Smooth communication with clients, parties, customers to maintain good relationship.
∎ Create corporate clients and try to make business from there.
∎ Closely work for parties/dealers orders and scheduling effective delivery program
∎ Maintain close communication and follow-up with HO for on time execution of orders
∎ Monitor and ensure on time delivery of orders
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans and initiatives for new and existing products
∎ Identity and resolve client concerns on priority basis
∎ Capable of monitor and supervise field staffs and have to achieve team target within stipulated time
∎ Handle distributors/dealers in a way that will ensure greater market coverage with increased sales
∎ Follow up and recover whole credit lying in the field
∎ Analyze the leakage and weak points of collection of the ground
∎ Generating various reports to monitor effective results and to submit to the Management.
∎ Appoint Dealers/Distributors and analyze their performance and business growth
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Must have the mentality to work in Dhaka region, Sylhet region, Maymensing Region.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command in computer operating, especially in MS word, Excel, Power Point & Internet.
