We are looking for a potential Regional Sales Officer to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving our company's sales objectives in alignment with our long-term goals.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Visit marketplaces, identify new business opportunities, and recommend the appointment of new dealers in uncovered areas.
• Increase primary sales by ensuring maximum dealers remain active and transactional.
• Conduct demand forecasting and ensure adequate stock inventory in distributors’ warehouses or shops.
• Work closely with the Department Head to implement sales forecasts and strategies within the assigned area.
• Monitor distributors’ daily business transactions and liaise with stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain proper documentation at all stages in compliance with company policies and procedures.
