Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Logistics Supply Chain or related discipline, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Logistics / Supply Chain or related discipline
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Degree holder in Business Administration / Economics / Logistics / Supply Chain or related disciplines.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant overall industry experience, including at minimum of 3 years in any freight forwarding company; preferably from a multinational working environment.
∎ With strong knowledge of the ocean freight industry, including procurement and capacity management knowledge for ocean freight; with Carrier background is a plus.
∎ Expertise in specific trade lanes: Asia, Europe, Transpacific, Australia, North Africa, Middle East.
∎ Strong operation understanding and capability to manage changes and unexpected events.
∎ Proficient user in MS Office especially in MS Excel, Outlook.
∎ Team working and hands on attitude are necessary
∎ High proficiency in written and spoken English.
∎ Skills Required: Commercial, Freight Forwarding, freight forwarding sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage, generate and maximize the revenue through effective Sales & Services to the existing clients and identification of prospective clients.
∎ To identify potential customers, negotiate as per price guidelines given and ensure maximization of profits and business opportunities.
∎ To identify the business improvement opportunities and coordinate internally with Client Account Manager to expand the business operations.
∎ To regularly visit existing clients validating our service levels and to ensure their maximum satisfaction level on services and to develop new revenue streams.
∎ To act as a single point of contact to clients providing end-to-end sales solutions through effective coordination internally within TSL and externally with all the applicable parties.
∎ To have excellent client management and build a strong referral process and leverage on existing client relationships to attract other large clients.
∎ Provide yield and volume analysis
∎ Forecast the needs in low and peak seasons
