• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Garment Auto Cutting Room or Garment Machinery Sales, Preferably in managerial role.

• Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.

• Excellent computer literacy is must specially expertise in MS Office Tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Internet).

Job context: OSHIMA, a TAIWAN based manufacturer of Garments Auto Cutting Room (Auto cutter & Spreader Machine) and finishing machineries, is looking for smart, highly intelligent, analytical, self driven and results-oriented professional to join its Bangladesh office for market operations.

Job Responsibility:

• Lead, manage and direct the sales process to achieve organizational sales targets.

• Promote and sell garments automatic cutting room solutions (Auto Cutter & Spreader machinery).

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and continuously seek to develop new business opportunities.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to showcase products and solutions.

• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, client visits, and market performance.

• Visit clients and prospective customers on a regular and disciplined schedule also follow up relentlessly with clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-through on all inquiries.
