Job Context:
∎ Nikhad food is one of the FMCG Food Product Manufacturer in Bangladesh has been working in the Market Representing the Nikhad Food Brand. Our slogan is "Nikhad food, save food. Our Vision: `To make a disease free healthy world.` Our Mission: `To achieve a safe food revolution by producing and marketing adulteration free food.`
∎ We are producing all kinds of spices powder, various type light food (chanachur, fried peas, fried dal), Edible oil (Mustered oil, Ghee), Honey, Black seed oil, etc. To improve the food habit of the Consumer. Currently looking for a smart, effective, proactive, and energetic and Goal oriented candidate to lead the production team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities.
∎ To Create the Market Sales.
∎ To expand the business by creating strong Distribution Channel & maintain relationship with the potential Dealer.
∎ To Increase the unit/item wise product sales.
∎ To motivate the Distributors & Sales Persons.
∎ To upgrade the information of price rate of the Competitor Companies.
∎ To able to work independently to achieve the target in the assign territory.
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management. Any other tasks as & when assign by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 year(s). The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing Sales
∎ Working experience in the relevant track (FMCG Food Product especially in rice sector) will get priority.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Marketing, Sales.
∎ Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, Committed & Time bound.
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player.
∎ Should have good negotiation, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
∎ Having willingness to work outside Dhaka are encouraged to apply.
∎ Good Knowledge of Computer operation and Internet using.
