∎ B.Sc In textile
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Set the SOP in different area to get the right product.
∎ Follow up buyer standard verses production and take effective decision.
∎ Follow up process route to ensure the quality.
∎ To monitor the Overall activities of finish fabrics quality.
∎ To maintain the record keeping properly.
∎ To analyze the data and share it with concern personnel for further improvement.
∎ To train-up/motivate the QC/Quality supervisor regarding the process, procedure, various fault and also the basic of compliance.
∎ To communicate all section like Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, R&D, Planning, Merchandising & marketing team to share and solve various problem.
∎ Communicate with buyer end for any query/any technical support.
∎ Communicate with GMT to solve the problematic issue and ensure on time shipment
∎ To work together to reduce the wastage by maintaining the SOP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 5 Years in relevant area
∎ Should be able to work independently/strong communication skills/computer literacy.
∎ Be up to date with latest development in the industry.
∎ Must be Target oriented and proactive.
∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ On the spot decision making ability.
∎ Factory existing employees are encouraged to apply.
