Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in CSE/B.Sc./ BBA/ equivalent from any reputed university.
Job Context:
∎ Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited is currently looking for the following module-wise Process Specialists for SAP`s different modules in our Information Communication Technology (ICT) wing under MIS department. The incumbent will be responsible for applying business and technical expertise to design, implement and support new business capabilities into SAP systems as well as recommend best practices of the following respective SAP modules.
∎ SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
∎ SAP MM (Material Management)
∎ SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
∎ SAP PP-QM (Production Planning & Quality Mgt.)
∎ SAP HCM (Human Capital Management)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business processes and requirements.
∎ Facilitate focus group discussions to collect business requirements and workshops to transfer system knowledge of the respective module to key stakeholders.
∎ Design, configuration and testing of the respective module based on business needs and requirements in alignment with best practices.
∎ Act as liaison for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
∎ Identify process gaps, issues and resolve through solutions to mitigate those gaps.
∎ Prepare documentation such as business blueprint, functional specifications; create test plans, process flow documentation, proof of concepts, and conduct user training.
∎ Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
∎ Collaborate with other process specialists to verify proper integration
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years working experience in ICT/IT/MIS with 2-3 years of SAP technical /functional area in the mentioned SAP modules.
∎ Working experience on the SAP S/4 HANA platform in manufacturing industry and SAP Certification on that module are preferred.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication siklls both in English & Bangla.
