• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
• Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science

• Minimum B.Sc or M.Sc in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering from a reputed university.

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Age At least 30 years

• 08-12 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications are highly preferable.

• Experience in coordinating with government offices (e.g.. DOE, DIFE, BCIC) for license renewals.

Currently we have vacancy for the position of "Sr. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Safety & Environment)" for eligible candidates interested to work in our organization.
Job Location: Manufacturing Plant at Tongi.
Major Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and auditing of HSE systems to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company directives.

• Conduct risk assessments, lead accident investigations, and identify best practices to minimize workplace hazards.

• Supervise fire detection/protection systems, manage daily work permits, and ensure safety during plant startup activities.

• Manage the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), hazardous/solid waste disposal, and pest control activities.

• Implementation of all occupational Safety, Health and Environment related activities.

• Act as the primary lead for domestic/international audits and liaise with regulatory authorities on safety issues.

• Develop and execute safety training schedules and provide technical HSE support to other departments.

• Prepare departmental SOPs, maintain environmental certifications, and manage the procurement of safety materials.
