• Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, trims, and accessories market (local & overseas).
• Must have high level of professional & ethical integrity.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Strong understanding of garment production process, consumption calculation, and costing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and email communication.
• Good command of English (both written & spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Source, negotiate, and purchase fabrics and accessories from local and international suppliers.
• Evaluate suppliers in terms of quality, price, reliability, and capacity.
• Monitor purchase orders, follow up on delivery schedules, and ensure on-time material availability.
• Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to understand material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and factory policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Regularly analyze market trends and cost-saving opportunities.
