Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate(Plot/Flat/Land Share) Sales and marketing.
Must have knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point with Bangla & English typing.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
