∎ Must have knowledge about issue, reissue and refund.
∎ Good Communication skills (both oral and written).
∎ A friendly and approachable manner.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be positive to extra working hour.
∎ Any other related jobs as may be required by the management.
∎ Must have good command over MS word & Excel.
∎ Home location must be in Chattogram.

∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking).
∎ Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
∎ Deal with Visa related inquiries from clients.
∎ Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
